Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or refunds on products with broken seals, opened, or used. We can accept  products returns if unused, with original seal on it within 7 days. Please check your items carefully before you check out, and if you are unsure of an item received contact us immediately at our email hypnotiqkitten@gmail.com. Once order is placed online and processed (tracking number is sent) there are no cancellations. If you received an incorrect/defective item or wish to return a sealed unused item we will honor it and send free return label to you via email. If the customer ordered the wrong item, return & re-shipment fees are customer responsibility. Please refer to our shipping and return policy.
